The CMS 730 ki T knit and wear is equipped with additional beds. It offers three systems, a working width of 72" / 183 cm and is available in the gauges E 6.2 and E 7.2. With this machine plain complete articles can be produced with all needles in the gauges E12 and E14. STOLL-multi gauges® areas can also be knitted-in during the process. This enables an interesting interplay of fine areas knitted with all needles and coarser areas knitted only with every second needle. Naturally, coarser complete articles in the gauges E7 and E8 can also be realized with the 1x1 technique.

FEATURES

TWO ADDITIONAL TRANSFER BEDS:

To enable knit and wear articles to be knitted with all needles; Racking of the additional beds front/rear: Racking course max. 2

MOTORIZED CLAMPING AND CUTTING DEVICE:

2 motorized thread clamping and cutting units (left/right) with 8 independent positions each.

ONLINE VIA NETWORK:

With the Ethernet connection STOLL machines can be connected to standard networks for fast transmission of large quantities of data and remote access to other devices.

CENTRAL LUBRICATION:

The automatic central lubrication supplies the needle bed with the necessary needle oil.

NEEDLE:

The pelerine spring-transfer needle with spring-loaded latch.

Benefits: it is characterized by low needle wear and a high level of safety during opening, closing, and transferring.

PTS (POWER TENSION SETTINGS):

It enables different stitch lengths in a single knitting row.

Benefits: faster stitch density changes in the fabric and thus more pattern possibilities.

SPLIT-STITCH:

Split-stitch without the need of exchanging cams for all fine gauges available

Benefit: Less interruption times in the production

LARGE NEEDLE BED RACKING:

The needle bed is equipped with a racking device with a maximum racking course of 4" and a programmable racking speed.

Benefits: more pattern possibilities

STOLL MULTI-TOUCH PANEL:

The 1366x768-pixel wide view color display with multi-touch screen is practical and clear. The individual user interface and intuitive menu guide enable pattern changes to be entered easily and directly on the machine.

- Better usability with capacitive touch (faster display reaction)
- New gestures
- Due to the possibility to access remotely to other devices (e.g. CREATE PLUS, PPS...), changes can be performed directly at the machine

FRICTION FEED WHEELS

8 fold friction feed wheels left and right.

To ensure a reduced, constant thread tension. An optimum yarn supply device for a maximum number of threads.

TAKE-DOWN:

STOLL-MULTIFLEX® FABRIC TAKE-DOWN: main take-down with adjustable roller segments and take-down comb for fabric starts on empty needles in combination with auxiliary take-down operates automatically.

AUXILIARY TAKE-DOWN:

Only in combination with Multiflex take-down

For a better wide fixing effect of the knitting fabric.

OIL DRAIN CONTAINER

With the oil drain container the oil is collected centrally without the need of additional vacuum cleaners or rags to clean the excess oil from the machine.
Consequently, it will be more environmentally friendly.

BATTERY BACK-UP:

For a correct continuation of the knitting process after power failure.

Benefits: less damaged fabrics, less waste, less costs.

USB PORTS:

Thanks to the easy-to-reach USB port, important data can be transferred to the machine quickly and easily.

GAUGE CONVERSION:

Flexible and economical adjustment of machine gauge by means of gauge conversion or needle exchange.

Communication between high-end feed-wheels and STOLL-machines through a CAN-Open interface
